Our services

Chicken Assassin provides editorial guidance and introductions relating to bars, restaurants and casino entertainment in Australia. We do not list hotels. Venue information is provided for general information only. Final bookings, pricing, availability and house rules are controlled by each venue.

Responsible entertainment

Casino and nightlife experiences are intended for adults. You are responsible for complying with venue entry requirements, age restrictions and responsible gambling practices. We encourage guests to plan transport home and to enjoy entertainment within personal limits.

Accuracy of content

We aim to keep descriptions current, but opening hours, menus, dress codes and gaming offerings can change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the venue before travelling.

User enquiries

When you submit a contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to respond to your request. We may decline requests that appear fraudulent, abusive or outside our service scope.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, branding and original imagery are owned by Chicken Assassin Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit site content without our written permission.

This website focuses on our own entertainment guides for Australia. Venue bookings and third-party services remain the responsibility of those providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Chicken Assassin Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on venue suggestions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in Australia.
